The World Mission Commission

Welcome to the World Mission Commission website.  We are a commission of the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas.  Bishop Stanton called for the formation of the World Mission Commission in October 2002. The chair of the commission is Diane Stanton. She is joined by 22 commission members from around the diocese.

The WMC is committed to “inform and engage congregations in the Diocese of Dallas in the mission of Christ around the world” (Bishop James Stanton).

By launching this website, the WMC will provide information about mission opportunities, articles and pictures of recent mission trips, missionary prayer requests, mission agency information and mission resources.
