following have accepted the call as rector:

The
Rev. Tim Cherry at Holy Cross, Paris. He and his wife,
Jennifer, come from the Diocese of Massachusetts.
The Rev.
J.D. Brown at Holy Trinity, Garland. He and his wife,
Evelyn, came from the Diocese of Kentucky and began their
ministry on Aug. 5.
The
Rev. Jim Price as rector of St. William Laud, Pittsburg.
He and his wife, Susan, began their ministry Aug. 15.

The
Rev. Dr. Robert S. Dannals as rector of St.
Michael and All Angels, Dallas. He and his wife, Valerie,
come from the Diocese of Upper South Carolina and
will begin their ministry on Oct. 10.

The bishop has made the following appointments:
The
Rev. Cn. Neal Michell is on temporary leave from
the bishop's staff and will assume the position as Interim
under Special Circumstances at St. Luke's, Dallas, beginning
Sept. 2..
|
The following have resigned their positions:
The
Rev. Jed Roseberry as curate at St. Luke's, Dallas.
He asked that his letter be transferred to the Province
of Rwanda, and, with his wife, Stacy, he is now serving
at Christ Church, Plano.
The
Rev. Josh Acton as rector of St. Luke's, Dallas.
He and his wife, Janine, have taken a position in Yuma,
Arizona.

Retirements:
The
Rev. Robert McBride has retired as rector of Good
Shepherd, Terrell, effective July 31.
Fr. McBride now resides in Irving with his son.
The
Rev. Robert Slack has retired as rector of Trinity
NE, Mt. Pleasant. He and his wife, Karen, will retire to
Michigan.
